Privacy Policy

Summary

Block Blitzer does not require an account. We do not collect names, emails, contacts, photos, or microphone audio. All gameplay progress is stored on your device only. The only data that leaves your device goes to (a) ad networks for ad serving and (b) crash reporting for diagnostics.

Data We Collect

• Advertising Identifier (IDFA on iOS): Collected only after you accept Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Used by ad networks for ad personalization. You can opt out anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
• Coarse location: Collected only after you grant location permission. Used by our ad partner to serve more relevant ads. City-level approximate only; never fine GPS. Foreground only. Never stored on our servers.
• Anonymous crash + performance data: When the app crashes, a stack trace plus device model, OS version, and language are sent to Sentry. No score, no username, no PII.
• Anonymous gameplay analytics: Event counts for game_started, game_complete, theme_unlocked, etc. — used only to measure aggregate feature adoption. No identifier ties events to a specific user.

Block Blitzer uses two ad networks for monetization:

Crash + performance diagnostics are sent to Sentry: https://sentry.io/privacy/

In-app purchases (Remove Ads, theme unlocks, themes bundle) are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. See Apple's privacy policy.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not require user accounts or registration
• We do not collect names, emails, contacts, photos, or microphone audio
• We do not have multiplayer, chat, or social features
• We do not track you across other apps or websites beyond the ad networks listed above

Your Choices

• Deny App Tracking permission via iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking → Block Blitzer. The app keeps working; ads become less personalized.
• Deny location permission via iOS Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Block Blitzer. Ads still serve, just less locally targeted.
• Purchase Remove Ads in-app to remove banners and interstitials entirely. Rewarded videos remain available (opt-in only).

Data Retention

Block Blitzer itself stores no personal data on remote servers. High scores, daily streaks, purchased themes, and settings are saved locally on your device only. Uninstalling the app removes everything.

Children's Privacy

This app is rated 4+ in the App Store. Block Blitzer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The ad networks integrated in the app are not designed for use by children under 13. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child, contact us at the address on the support page.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
