When reporting a problem, it helps to include your device model, iOS version, and a
short description of what happened.
Common topics
- Purchases. The premium worlds and the energy refill are billed through
your Apple ID. Restore them anytime from the Worlds screen's Restore Purchases
button. Manage purchases in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions / Purchase History.
- Ads. Thrive Merge is free with ads. You can limit ad tracking in
Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.
- Your progress & data. To reset your game, use
Settings → Restart Game in the app. For data questions, email us. See our
Privacy Policy.
