These Terms govern your use of Thrive Merge (the "app"), operated by TonTech. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Thrive Merge for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
Thrive Merge is free to download and play. It offers optional in-app purchases (premium worlds and an energy refill) and shows ads. All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID; we never receive your payment details. Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies. Non-consumable purchases (premium worlds) can be restored on your devices via the in-app Restore Purchases option.
Don't misuse the app: no reverse engineering, cheating, tampering with purchases or ads, or interfering with the app's operation or other players' experience, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
The app and its content — art, audio, text, and software — are owned by TonTech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TonTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
