When reporting a problem, it helps to include your device model, iOS version, and a
short description of what happened.
Common topics
- Purchases. Remove Ads, power packs, and snake unlocks are billed
through your Apple ID. Manage purchases in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
(for any subscriptions) on your device, and restore non-consumable purchases from the
in-app store screen.
- Leaderboard & your data. Setting a nickname is optional; you can
change or clear it anytime in Settings, or email us to remove your leaderboard entry.

- Controls. Snake Smash supports tilt steering and an on-screen joystick.
You can switch between them, and recalibrate tilt, in Settings.
- Progress reset. Settings includes a "Reset to Level 1" option that restarts
progression while keeping your coins, unlocked snakes, and purchases.
