Snake Smash 3D — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Snake Smash 3D (the "app", operated by TonTech). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable use

Don't cheat, exploit, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the app, its servers, or the leaderboard.
Don't submit leaderboard nicknames that are unlawful, offensive, impersonating, or that contain other people's personal information. We may remove any nickname or leaderboard entry at our discretion.
Don't use the app in any way that disrupts it or other players.

3. In-app purchases and virtual items

The app offers optional in-app purchases (such as Remove Ads, power packs, and snake unlocks) processed by Apple. Coins, powers, and other virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed to you, not sold. Purchases are final except as required by the App Store's refund policies.

4. Advertising

The app is supported by advertising unless you purchase Remove Ads. Ads are provided by third parties as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress and leaderboard data will always be preserved.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TonTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated date.
