Pocket Routes: Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pocket Routes, operated by TonTech. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable use

Do not cheat, exploit or tamper with the app or its servers, impersonate other players, or use the app in a way that disrupts it or other players.

3. Game progress and virtual rewards

Progress, scores and hints have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money. This version offers no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Progress is stored locally; deleting the app may remove it.

4. Advertising

The app is supported by advertising. Optional rewarded ads can provide a hint after successful completion. Ads are provided by third parties as described in our Privacy Policy. Ad availability and rewards depend on successful ad completion and service availability.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress will always be preserved. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TonTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated date.
