When reporting a problem, it helps to include your device model, iOS version, and a
short description of what happened.
Common topics
- Subscriptions & purchases. Subscriptions and item packs are
billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime in
Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Restore purchases
from within the app's store screen.
- Community Topics. Topics created by players are screened before
others can see them. To report a topic, use the Report action on it,
or email us. See our
Community Content Policy.
- Your data. To request deletion of your account and data, use the
in-app account-deletion option or email us. See our
Privacy Policy.
Response time
We aim to respond within a couple of business days, and to act on reports of
objectionable Community content within 24 hours.
